Default Accessing email within a closed account

    Hi guys,

I have to make a Zimbra account Closed, but still allow users to access the emails within that account via shared folders. Is that possible?

Or is there some way to make an account 'officially' closed yet still available for reference?

    We're using Zimbra Version 5.0.11_GA_2695.UBUNTU6.FOSS

I apologise if this question's been answered elsewhere, I've searched high a low to no avail.

    Thanks for any help!

    Jo

What I do in these cases is:
    - Lock the account
    - Rename the account to some obscure address

This way the account cannot be accessed directly (since its locked), won't receive email (since its not the original address) and can still share folders (since its locked, not closed).
