copy backup on remote location

Hi,

I am using the following crontab to take backup

0 1 * * 0-6 /opt/zimbra/bin/zmbackup -f
27 1 * * 0-6 /opt/zimbra/bin/zmbackup -i

Now i am planing to copy the data to remote location. what folder should i backup from the /opt/zimbra and /opt/zimbra/backup/
