I can't new accout , help?

hi all
i have a ZCS with two servers,the master server in austria,another one in china.it was working well before today.today ,i want to new an account in server of china.and then i can't see the new account in Administration Console of chinese server , but i can see it in Administration Console of austria's server. and i also can't login using the new account.

i can get details of the new account ,
if i execute "zmprov ga user@domain.com" in command line.

but i can't see it in china . in austria , i can.
if i execute "zmprov -l gaa "

please help me!
