How I can monitor other server in Admin UI

I installed multi-server for Store & MTA.

When I login to Admin UI on Store server, I can't monitor the MTA information.
It show to me error message:
Message: error while proxying request to target server: connect timed out Error code: service.PROXY_ERROR Method: GetServiceStatusRequest Details:soap:Receiver

My Linux system is : Ubuntu 8.04 LTS

Other function is running well.

When I run the command:

zmprov modifyConfig zimbraLogHostname mailstore.company.com

Show the error:

ERROR: service.FAILURE (system failure: ZimbraLdapContext) (cause: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderE xception: unable to find valid certification path to requested target)

If the issue is related to my Zimbra Open Source version?
