Cannot add external accounts

Hi, I have a user on 7.0.1 who cannot add external accounts through the web interface.. When he tries to add a Gmail account, the settings test says 'Success', but when he tries to save the account, we get an error message that says "too many data sources. can't create any more.".

However, we can set up the account on a Zimbra Desktop install.

Any thoughts?
