Default No incoming or outgoing email... Please help...

Hello,

I've upgraded to Zimbra 7.0.1 NE, and I have a support contract with Zimbra, but it seems they are never available... My server cannot send or receive emails after 3 days, and no solution found yet, although I believe I've tried everything.

Tomorrow is Monday and I need to have to fix this today. I'm willing to pay if someone can help me on this.

I have a server hosting a few domains, but only one of the domains is work.

Hosts file:
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
188.165.255.160 ns215233.ovh.net ns215233

Server name: ns215233.ovh.net

Domain 1:
prodigentia.com
prodigentia.com. 1051 IN MX 10 ns215233.ovh.net.

this domains is working fine, incoming and outgoing email in this server.

Domain 2:
erp-recycling.org
erp-recycling.org. 2677 IN MX 10 ns215233.ovh.net.
erp-recycling.org. 2677 IN MX 20 oldzimbra.erp-recycling.org.

This domain cannot send or receive email.
Postfix gives the error "mail for mail.erp-recycling.org loops back to myself".

If I edit an email account from erp-recycling.org and add mail transport lmtp:mail.erp-recycling.org:7025 they can send emails out, but still cannot receive.

Any thoughts? Thanks

Could you supply a little more info?
what Server os/version are you running?
what version of zimbra did you upgrade from?
Did you receive any error messages during the upgrade? (do you have the upgrade log?)

Have you searched this forum for "loops back to myself"?

also try "zimbra-does-not-know-its-own-virtual-hosts"

I'm now on 7.0.1 - this server is a fresh install (although I upgraded the old one in order to have backups in 7.0.1 which where restored in this server).

The server worked fine (and still works for one domain). For the other domains, that were created on Friday it doesn't - not able to receive or send emails.

I've searched every post in the forum, and tried everything - changing the MTA to localhost and hostname, adding the domains to mydestinations, etc. Nothing worked so far...

Looks like the server is not able to deliver messages to gmail, for example.

The firewall is disabled, but I'm still getting this error:
Apr 3 16:42:39 ns215233 postfix/smtp[5846]: 24E156C1E5B9: to=<luis.filipe.domin
gues@gmail.com>, relay=none, delay=63, delays=0.06/0.01/63/0, dsn=4.4.1, status=
deferred (connect to gmail.com[209.85.229.19]:25: Connection timed out)
