Default Spam and Ham Training Accounts Reversed

We have a new Zimbra rollout at our company, and have been running for about 48 hours. Spam is a real problem right now, but we're working hard to feed it training material. I just discovered that our spam and ham training accounts were reversed -- when you reported spam, it would deliver to the ham account, and vice versa. I have corrected this now, but the question is: should I delete the spam databases to reset the training? I notice that each reported email has the following text:

Classified-By: user@domain.com
Classified-As: spam
Action: move
Source-Folder: /Inbox
Destination-Folder: /Junk
Destination-Mailbox:

With "classified-as", could it be that the training was done correctly, even when the emails were delivered in reverse? I tried to manually view the training databases to get some indication, but they are not in a readable format.

Thanks!

With no response, I have run the "sa-learn --clear" command to clear SpamAssassin, and I am just hoping that it has done the trick.
