Most common reasons for access to
https://zimbra.server.com:7071 does not work:
- self-signed SSL certificate, which browser does not like, issuing warning about SSL certificate. This can be bypassed by clicking on Continue or accept certificate, depending on browser
- port 443 is not opened either on firewall/router in front of Zimbra server, or on Zimbra server itself (you mention Ubuntu, run
sudo ufw status to see if firewall is active and if port 443 is opened)
BTW - for diagnostics you should provide more details. "Could not enter page" is not scientific, right? If you setup your server, you should have at least basic knowledge of how to report errors, like "I get Error 500 or 404" or something descriptive.
