Which of the forum threads that cover this problem have you used to try and resolve the problem?

Most common reasons for access to https://zimbra.server.com:7071 does not work:
- self-signed SSL certificate, which browser does not like, issuing warning about SSL certificate. This can be bypassed by clicking on Continue or accept certificate, depending on browser
- port 443 is not opened either on firewall/router in front of Zimbra server, or on Zimbra server itself (you mention Ubuntu, run sudo ufw status to see if firewall is active and if port 443 is opened)

BTW - for diagnostics you should provide more details. "Could not enter page" is not scientific, right? If you setup your server, you should have at least basic knowledge of how to report errors, like "I get Error 500 or 404" or something descriptive.
You know...once I went to doctor and he asked, hey boy, what's wrong? And I said: "I am ill". He smiled and said, boy, talk to me, I am not Veterinarian...

Labsy,
First, thanks for the feedback.

Well .... I'm no expert in Linux, I set my server but always with the help of the forums ... I'm learning with the help of friends of the forums ....
For ufw status - inactive
To port 443 - the nmap does not appear as open
In the browser the error appeared (111) connection refused

I have also configured squid, squid port 443 is released, the log shows suid...... "TCP_MISS/504 - CONNECT 192.168.1.1:7071 - DIRECT/192.168.1.1 - "

I'm trying to open port 443 iptables rule esout but not getting ... is it so?

Thanks already,
