Issue with Mail Migration from google apps

i have installed Zimbra in Ubuntu 10 server. My zimbra can send and receive emails within zimbra server ., i means only zimbra user. I want to sync my google apps account to my zimbra. What are the settings we suppose to configure on my zimbra server.

I also want to know what are the basic server settings for the email sent to outside of zimbra and incoming from outside of zimbra.

I am stuck on it more than 7 days. Any suggestion will be a great help.

Is this a question about Zimbra Collaboration Server or Zimbra Desktop (which is where you've posted)?

it's a Zimbra server..
