Default [SOLVED] Genuine emails ending up in junk for all users

My email server is acting up. Since the 26th of March, it has being sending all genuine emails to the junk folder for all users including the director. The same thing is happening with the ham accounts also. This is new and very strange. I need someone to kindly help me resolve this problem.

Thanks,

You need to post some details of exactly what's happening, how about the headers of some non-spam email that ends up in the Junk folder. Do also search the forums for this problem and see what you find.

Instead of disabling DSPAM, you might try changing its scoring factor or training it (or both).

what's the % of messages it sends to SPAM?

did you resolve this?

I checked the IP and it looks like there's a complaint against it here
