Default zmmailbox: no valid authtoken

i am trying to run the following command on a remote zimbra server. It works locally but in order to complete the migrations i need to to work remotely as well. what do i need to do to get the authtoken or even to ignore it completely?

/opt/zimbra/bin/zmmailbox -u http://10.160.100.200 -a admin -p password -m sanga.c getAllFolders
ERROR: service.AUTH_REQUIRED (no valid authtoken present)

/opt/zimbra/bin/zmmailbox -u http://localhost -a admin -p password -m sanga.c getAllFolders
