There is currently an IM server in Zimbra (if you did a new install it will be disabled), however it is being removed from Zimbra in the next major release - there are several threads that cover this in the forums if you do a search.

But I enabled the IM using a tutorial zimbra wiki using these steps:

zmprov mcf zimbraXMPPEnabled TRUE
zmprov mc default zimbraFeatureIMEnabled TRUE
zmprov mc default zimbraFeatureInstantNotify TRUE
zmmailboxdctl restart

It enables per class, and in my two classes servidro the "default" and "classe_domain" and I enabled IM to the class and there are a two default accounts, the admin account and my carlos, only these two bills can I get into my e-mail account and does not enter the admin email when this class is enabled the default IM when I put the admin account in the class "classe_domain" the admin account can access the e-mail. You know why this happens??

Thank you very much

Ok, I understand, but in my situation, what do you think I should do?? Disable IM? It's functionality is extremely important for the company. Thank you Bill. Friend, one more thing, you have MSN or Gtalk or something? Hugs
