[SOLVED] Update error

Update from Release 7.0.0_GA_3077.RHEL5_20110127201734 CentOS5 FOSS edition to Release 7.0.1_GA_3105.RHEL5_20110304210448 CentOS5 FOSS edition.

First time ever, while updating I see a lot of errrors when verifying the message store database integrity:


error : Table upgrade required. Please do "REPAIR TABLE `appointment`" or dump/reload to fix it!
...
Error : You can't use locks with log tables.
...
error : Table upgrade required. Please do "REPAIR TABLE `config`" or dump/reload to fix it!
...
note : The storage engine for the table doesn't support repair
...
etc......

Something to worry about?

Thanks. I searched the forum but couldn't find a solution.

I found this in the release notes:
/opt/zimbra/libexec/scripts/migrate20100913-Mysql51.pl

Looks fine now. If not, I'll post it here.

There are still some errors:

Database errors found.

mysql.general_log
Error : You can't use locks with log tables.
mysql.slow_log
Error : You can't use locks with log tables.

Do I have to worry now or is there still a fix for that?
