Default attachment filenames

I've searched the forums but can't find an answer to this anywhere!

Certain attachments are missing their filename extensions, this is a pain for end users who may not know that an excel file is .xls etc.

When I view the messages via imap in thunderbird the filename extensions show up fine.

Is their an option I can change anywhere?

Thanks

Thats strange. The web client will *always* show the filename extension if its given one. What client are you using to *send* the message w/ the attachment? Something could be screwy w/ the way it sends the mime parts.

Regardless, for us to really help, we'd need to see the original message headers. If you dont mind PM'ing it to me then we can debug it internally.
