[SOLVED] Cache is out of date or doesn't exist.

Hello experts,
I am not able to start my zimbra server . when I try to start am getting following error:
[zimbra@zimbra ~]$ zmcontrol start
Host mail.trustmerchantbank.net
Unable to determine enabled services from ldap.
Unable to determine enabled services. Cache is out of date or doesn't exist.

Is it because of my certificate is expierd ?

When i tried to craete new self signed certificate am getting following error:

[root@zimbra ~]# /opt/zimbra/bin/zmcertmgr deploycrt self
** Saving server config key zimbraSSLCertificate...failed.
** Saving server config key zimbraSSLPrivateKey...failed.
** Installing mta certificate and key...done.
** Installing slapd certificate and key...done.
** Installing proxy certificate and key...done.
** Creating pkcs12 file /opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/jetty.pkcs12...done.
** Creating keystore file /opt/zimbra/mailboxd/etc/keystore...done.
** Installing CA to /opt/zimbra/conf/ca...done.


Please help me out to solve this porblem.

Hi,

maybe the problem is with the certificate.

Look for the output of this command:

/opt/zimbra/bin/zmcertmgr  viewdeployedcrt all

you can find the expiry date in the 'notAfter' attribute.
