Hi,

I suddenly have the ff. logs in the MTA server. The email is not being sent to receiving mail server. Sending to other mail servers are fine. I noticed there is an unusually high delay value from the log. Any idea? Is it a Postfix issue?

Hi,

put the output of the following command:

telnet mail.mydomain.it 25

Replace mail.mydomain.it with the right server name.

Hi,

I am able to telnet as below. I encountered this issue with another Postfix server not running Zimbra, just Postifx. I adjusted smtp_pix_workaround_delay_time = 15s from 10s in that server then it was able to send after that. I did the same for Zimbra MTA, but no effect, didn't work.

this was a network error. pix fw not compatible with esmtp.
