Recieved time on emails not correct

I have a strange issue on my Zimbra 7 server. Running on Ubunut 10.04.2 64 bit, timezone set to CST and time and date at server OS level is correct. When i go to the Zimbra Admin console Web interface the Server Stats page displays the current time correctly for the stats. When i go to the message queue page the current queue show 1 hour ahead, so my emails are showing to be received 1 hour ahead. I have checked the timezone files and they seem to be correct and the server is set to the correct time. I have set the Time Zone in the Global settings to Central (US/CANADA) also. Why is the message queue not seeing the correct time on the server?

check 2 places:

1.) admin console > configuration (on left) > class of service > default
- scroll down, calendar options > "time zone"
(change to "not set" and set time at os level.)

2.) webmail > preferences > general
- Default time zone

I had similar issue, but played with the above untill all was working.
