Zimbra cannot access via Web Interface

I have successfull Install Zimbra 7.0 on Ubuntu 10.04 Server.
But, when i try to access Zimbra via browser with url :

https://192.168.1.37:7071

.

or via my hostname

Code:

http://zimbra.troya.local/

i cannot get it.

What's wrong with my installation ?

I would guess from the fact you're using an IP address to access the admin UI that you don't have valid DNS A & MX records for your domain, go to the Split DNS and configure it correctly. You can also use the 'Verify...' section of that article to confirm the correct settings and do, please, search the forums as this question has been asked and answered many times. You possibly have another problem in which case you need to look in the log files for further errors and information.

But on my installation, zimbra is not behind NAT or Firewall.

When i check on /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log i get error log. on the other, i don't found error.

Appear zimbra cannot connect to Mysql Database.

Yes it is. According to your original post your IP address for the server is:

That is a private IP address and it means you're behind a NAT router. In any case, the section of the Split DNS article I pointed you to is also for verifying your DNS settings whether you're behind NAT or not, run those commands and check your DNS - I think it's set-up incorrectly.

i installed zimbra on VM, guest os is Centos and its working perfectly when i loging to the web interface using the ip + port number, even though it doesnt work when i try to access it using my domain name + port number :/

Any idea ??

yes, i configured a mx record on my dns server and both my host file and rosolv.conf are correct..

even though it doesnt work for https://mail.domain.com:7071
