My zimbra mail server Has the following problems

<yuntao.zhang@hp.com>: host smtp.hp.com[15.216.28.48] said: 554 5.7.1 Service
unavailable; Client host [60.191.93.219] blocked using spamhaus.org;

You need to ask the administrator of the receiving server why they think your on a Spamhaus block list.
