PostStartupCrashRecovery messages in mailbox.log

Dear All,

1. could someone give some tips why there's so many PostStartupCrashRecovery messages in mailbox.log ?

2. actually, this system prompts these messages after a system reboot by "init 6", how can we safely reboot in order to get rid of this Post-Startup-Crash-Reovery? or how to avoid this happen again?
