Zimbra Mailbox Import/Export

Hi,

Is it advisable to use the import/export facility in Zimbra when importing/exporting the whole mailbox? Will it work for large mailboxes like 20GB?

From the Zimbra document they suggested using a rest URL or a zmmailbox command from command line. Is there a difference?
