Synchronized zimbra password with active directory password

Hi everyone,

I installed the Zimlet "zimbraSambaPassword extension" from zimbraSambaPassword Extension | Zimbra :: Gallery and the Zimbra Password and the sambaNTPassword (of my zimbra ldap) change perfect!

Now I want to know how can I send this password to my external active directory to synchronized the password. Also I need the reverse. Some user change the password in Windows and this password have to change in Zimbra

Finally I installed this zimlet but I don't know how can I synchronized with my Active Directory Server in Windows.

Use a script, there's one in the forums to do just that.

And How is possible to execute this script after create a new account or change the password????
