Default [SOLVED] Access Junkmail folder via IMAP

Hello,

Our users cannot access their Junkmail folder via IMAP. Is there anything that needs configuration in order to obtain it (or accessing the Junkmail folder is restricted to the web interface)?

Can't they subscribe to the folders on the server? If not, you'll need to give a better description of what exactly is happening and any errors they're seeing and the mail clients they're using.

Hello,

Er.... just forget about it. Users were trying to access a non-existant folder named "Spam" (since this is how it's shown in the web interface - due to i18n) instead of the folder named "Junk".

Sorry for the inconvenience,

Pablo
