No, just a lack of information. What's the status of the services? What's in the /var/log/zimbra.log file - anything that relates to messages being sent/received? Is your syslog service running?

After looking the logs they are no more rotated since the last upgrade to 6.0.9 the logrotate cron job return an error:

Quote:
./logrotate
error: zimbra:5 unknown user 'USER'
Why !

For the simple reason that it wasn't reported until ZCS 6.0.9.

Right... it's a good reason, but this bug was notified on Zimbra forum here

Bugs do not get fixed unless they are reported in bugzilla, a forum thread on a particular topic/problem does not get to the attention of the developers.

If you also look at the forum thread on the problem you'll see it was posted a day after the bug report was filed against 6.0.9.
