Exclamation How to disable discarding mail??

Zimbra Spamassasin discard the necessary mail messages, considering them as spam . If in AdminUI, I set value of removing percent to 0 and percentage of marks to 100, whether all e-mail accepted, but marked as SPAM? Or need another values to fields percentage to remove and and percentage of marks, to all e-mails accepted?

In the admin gui, 100% is the highest you can set for kill percent, that will still discard email with spam score = 20. Then anything below that but higher than your tag percent will just go to junk folder. Not sure if that is good enough for you.

Don't set kill percent to 0, that will dump all your incoming emails to the electronic black hole @.@

Or do you want to by pass AV/AS filtering completely?

the situation is better than that let it come ten junk emails than no one will come right.
I want to take all messages, and spam only marked but not discarded. How to set it up?

Set:
kill percent : 100 <-- will not kill unless spam score reach 20
tag percent : no change if you are satisfy with the current tagging level.

I am assuming your know at least a few email did not come through, ask the sender to resend the same email and see if they come through this time. You properly have to check the junk folder in the web interface.

And out of curiosity, check the spam score using 'show original' in the web interface and let me know

Another solution is if those important but discarded emails come from a limited group of email addresses, add them to white list in user preferences.

This is the line you are looking at, as long as this score stay below 20, you are safe now.

Are those internal emails?

No its external e-mail, its 100% spam

yesterday I had no complaints that we not receive e-mails, but we need more time to make sure the final is that more messages are not discarded...

To be 100% sure, an easy way is to check the daily mail report delivered in admin mailbox. Just check the "Grand Total" section at the beginning and look for the "discarded" line.
