Default I don't receive mail after a licenze expiration

Hi, today my trial license is expired at 11.00 AM, I'm waiting for the official license and Zimbra Sales team have send to me a temporary license.

I have installed and the expiration date is correct 31 March but.....I don't receive any e-mail. I send correctly, MX Checker is correct, and I don't receive any error on the sender mail address.

All services are green, I have space on the hard drive....

Help please........

Hi,

try to send an email to yourself, and check the Log Files, especially /var/log/zimbra.log, on your MTA server.

Put the output here.

Regards

Hi,

For clarity, you have to put also the lines that follow the last you have post:

'Mar 8 16:13:29 zimbra postfix/smtpd[32286]: disconnect from va3ehsobe006.messaging.microsoft.com[216.32.180.16]'

Does this problem involve all accounts?

Regards
