Default mysql problem while starting zimbra

Hello

I restarted my zimbra server today and now the mysql database won't start.

Code:
110308 07:04:14 mysqld_safe Starting mysqld daemon with databases from /opt/zimbra/mysql-standard-5.1.52-pc-linux-gnu-i686-glibc23/var
Warning: World-writable config file '/opt/zimbra/conf/my.cnf' is ignored
/opt/zimbra/mysql/libexec/mysqld: Table 'mysql.plugin' doesn't exist
110308 7:04:14 [ERROR] Can't open the mysql.plugin table. Please run mysql_upgrade to create it.
110308 7:04:14 [ERROR] Fatal error: Can't open and lock privilege tables: Table 'mysql.host' doesn't exist
110308 07:04:14 mysqld_safe mysqld from pid file /opt/zimbra/mysql-standard-5.1.52-pc-linux-gnu-i686-glibc23/var/mail.pid ended
Code:
ls -la /opt/zimbra/mysql-standard-5.1.52-pc-linux-gnu-i686-glibc23/var
It seems the files in the var directory are gone. The installation is only one day old and I'm a bit confused what I can do know.

There are some mails in the mailboxes (10 or so), is there a way to fix the problem with mysql or is there a way to migrate to mails to a new installation?

Kind regards
blabub
