Aliases, Personas and what the user can send as...

Hi all,

We have a requirement where users have a logon in the format of firstname/lastname@domain-name.com

Each user would have 1 or more aliases that fit the various roles that they have in our organisation, in the format of user-role@domain-name.com

We want the users to only send and receive as their aliaes but not their main email address.

First off, is there any way to set the users personas server side, rather than in their webmain or desktop client?

Because if I have to logon as each user through their webmial interface, to setup their account, I'll lose the will to live!
