[SOLVED] Problem Installing GoDaddy Commercial Cert - Zimbra 7.0

I generated a CSR in zimbra Admin Console, created the godaddy cert and installed it ok the first time; however, when i generated the cert as domain.com instead of server.domain.com. I revoked the godaddy cert and generated a new CSR from zimbra admin console with the right server.domain.com and then generated the new GoDaddy cert. When I try to install this cert, I get an error about invalid key pair.

Your certificate was not installed due to the error: system failure: XXXXX error: Unmatching certificate (/opt/zimbra/mailboxd/webapps/zimbraAdmin/tmp/current.crt) and private key (/opt/zimbra/mailboxd/webapps/zimbraAdmin/tmp/current_comm.key) pair.

So for now, I have reinstalled the self-signed certificate to get things back to normal.

Do i have to remove the old commercial cert from the chain or repository or something before it will take a new one?

When importing the certificate (through the AdminConsole) select "All Servers" when installing commercial cert. After the cert installs, zimbra logger and ldap failed.

Followed instructions on this post for adding cert and then restarted zimbra services. All good now
