Default Time Stamp

hi all..

Interesting problem here.

I got an email at 3:03 pm my time as the newest email in my account.. as i started to reply to this email I see another new email come in with a time stamp of 3pm.

Can any explain or has anyone else had this problem before.

Most likely either the sender's time is off quite a bit (I see it happen alot) or their timezone is set incorrectly.

Hrm.. can anyone advice how this can be fixed. My manager is asking me why its still happening randomly to a very small amount of emails.
