Default XML File for Account Migration

hi all,

I'm trying to do an account migration for a customer with the new wizard on the admin console in ZCS7.

I've already loaded the users from their LDAP directory and it worked great. Did a directory clean-up after to separate real user accounts from dist. lists and aliases (couldn't have been done prior to import).

The thing is that now I have to import the contents of the user accounts from their IMAP server. There is no admin account on this server that can read all the users' mailboxes which means I can only use some XML file to do this. I can't find any info on what the format of this file should be (I found one for Exchange migration but this is not the case for me and that one didn't work).

The documentation says this XML file is available for download after the accounts were created, but all I got was a CSV file.

Red face

Not yet. I've "gone back" and did a test migration using imapsync. This isn't set to go live for a few weeks, so I have some extra time. But the prospect doesn't look too good.
