Antivirus in Zimbra blocking messages with password-protected archives. What should I do to resolve this type of attachment?

You can go to the Admin UI and uncheck the "Block encrypted archives" option, I'd also suggest you have a read of the online help section in the Admin UI or the Admin Documentation to find out what facilities are available to the Administrator.
