Thumbs down Zimbra Support

My company just purchased Zimbra and have has a few major issues that have not been satisfied through the ticket system we were set up on. With this amount of money, ranging into the $7000, why haven't I received the support promised. We purchased an unlimited number of tickets, does anyone else have this issue????!!!!

As you've given no details of what the problem is it's unlikely you'll get an answer in these forums. The correct place to raise this is with Zimbra support or get in touch with your Sales contact at Zimbra.

Just wanted to see if this was normal. We are very upset and have not had any response from emails. Wondering if we made a mistake on the purchase.

I opened a ticket on Sunday and had a very prompt reply from Zimbra support. He was very courteous and helpful.

Opened a priority 1 ticket through the support portal this afternoon, due to a production down situation and got a call back within 20 minutes. Engineer was very good and quickly identified and resolved the issue. I was very happy with the support I've received.
