Question ZCS 7, print font size and contacts in bubbles in CoS

Hi everyone

Just upgraded to ZCS7 and was over at one of the printers today and noticed everyone seemed to be printing e-mails from zimbra in a font much larger than usual.
Discovered it was 12pt and that it's configurable under user preferences > General > Other.
But when it printed it appears it's actually 14pt, when printing from a Prism window anyway.

So thought I'd have a look to change this in our CoS but I couldn't find this option anywhere in the admin console.

Also there's no sign of the option to disable showing e-mail addresses in bubbles in the admin console.

Is that correct?
There's no way to set the default print size or disable the bubble effect round addresses in a CoS?

Cheers, B

Anyone know if it's possible to control these options via CoS?
I can't find anything mentioning these in the admin console.

Cheers, B

#Has to be done for each user as the cos value does not seem to affect anything...

zmprov modifyAccount user@mydomain.com zimbraPrefDefaultPrintFontSize 10pt

Urrgh, for each user?
The CoS value doesn't work... That's got to be worth a bug report.

Cheers for that info.

How about disabling the contact bubbles in CoS?
It's an unnecessary bit of styling IMO.

I'd be amazed that new preferences have been added in v7 that can't be controlled by CoS properties.

Yep, I had to run

zmprov modifyAccount user@mydomain.com zimbraPrefDefaultPrintFontSize 10pt

For each user.

Script to the rescue, so not too bad really.

I don't seem to have sufficient permissions to enter a new bug via Bugzilla. Log in to Bugzilla

I've got a couple more bugs to report.
Outbound Message filters are broken.

Yeah you need to create a separate bugzilla account before you can post bugs.
Once you've done it and submitted the bug, post the link here and I'll vote for it as well.

I had the same problem, and the zmprov modifyCos command worked for me, i didn't have to use modifyAccount for every user.
I tested it on version 7.1.3_GA_3346.SLES11_64_20110930001521 SLES11_64 FOSS edition.
