Default License Error: Mail: AccountsLimit exceed: 2/1

Hello,

I have installed the trail version of the network edition on a centos 5.5.

After the successful installation I have configured the authentication for our domain by using an external ldap server. This seems to work, too.

But when I now try to setup a new account, I get the following error message:

Mail: AccountsLimit execeeded: 2/1 Errorcode:
service. License_Error Method: [unknown]
Details: soap.Receiver

The web interface tells me, that the license is valid for 43 days.

Does anyone have an idea what's going wrong?

Thanks for any hints or suggestions,

Stefan

Hello,

I've got the exact same problem, except that I have '4/1' instead of '2/1'. There is still 20 days left to my trial license and I have only created 2 accounts. Does anyone have an idea how to resolve this problem ?

thanks

I am also experiencing this issue. 'AccountsLimit exceeded: 7/1' when testing the migration wizard with our trial license.

I figured it out (at least for us). The trial license was never activated. Log into admin and check Global Settings > License tab. I just clicked 'Activate', then tried doing an import and didn't get the failure message.

Hope that helps.
