Default ZCS 7.0 and Document accounts

Ok as far as i understand - Document Feature is removed (more or less :-)
Documents are now Converted to Local Briefcase

What to do now with the document accounts created for each Domain.
Can we saftly delete them ?

In the Release Notes say:

In ZCS 7.0, the Documents application has been removed. Notebooks and
pages in Documents are migrated to Briefcase after ZCS is upgraded. The
folder structure and file names do not change. The migration preserves all
the revision history if it was available, including the revision date and user
information. (Bug 39647) (Bug 50465)

If you're happy that all your files have been migrated then yes, you can remove them. I would advise a backup (and keep it for as long as necessary) before you remove them, just in case.

ok It looks like is not that easy.
when i delete an emtpy wiki account im getting an error in the admin backend all the time

every time i simply click on an regular account of that domain (with the delete wiki) i get an permission denied error - cant acces wikiaccount (of course not its delete dammit)

also everytime i make a change in the domain settings - same error
it all getting saved but this messages getting a bit anoying

so it looksliek somewhere in the ldap domainentrys the wiki still exist and produce that error

any idea how to get rid of that error ?

EDIT: Update ok i got the solution
you have to
zmprov md example.com zimbraNotebookAccount ""
(means zmprov modifydomain domainname set zimbranotebookaccount to string nothing)
and the error stops

still does not explain the other things (and why the hell an cos option disapear over night :-)

btw : im absolutly wondering what the hell the backend ajax is doing sometimes. i mean why it trys to access the domain wiki wenn you simply click on a user account of that domain - i didnt open the user just mark it with one click - if i click one time on another domain with delete wiki same error again -

so i think here are 2 things wrong - first the wiki entry still exists somewhere in the domain second the interface itself make unnessesary requests

btw another interresting behaviour - after the upgrade i had the OCS option briefcase and wiki (which is deprecaded i know) and also option to allow documents and sheets/presentations
those options are now gone (after a server reboot) only briefcase option is there

strange very strange
