Default [SOLVED] Make a share

It looks like it's not possible to make a share from outside my LAN.
There's no mail send to accept. Firewall?

How about giving exact steps to reproduce the 'problem'? There should be no difference whether you're inside your LAN or external to it.

I know.
A user was trying to make a share but there was no mail sent. I logged in throught the admin console from my LAN and opened the account. I created a share and the mail was sent.

You need to get them to do it again and see what happens, check the log files to see if the mail was (or was not) sent and what happened to it. You must get them to document the exact steps they used.

This might be difficult to debug. The current user isn't that technical and far away from the server (Thailand). Maybe I'll try a simulation outside my LAN myself.

I did some testing and found out that Exploder needed an update.
I will inform that user and wait for an answer.
