Default Prohibit users from changing their preferences

Dear All

I need to Prohibit users from changing their preferences ,as I made some filters
to many users ,and I don't want them to change these filters

You can remove Prefrence option in Zimbra Admin console for that User
or if there are multiple users, u can create a COS with the same & attach
COS to those users.

is there command line to prohibit users from changing filters on preferences but can change anything else
