mail auto verification

Hi,

I'm using the latest Zimbra web version.

It's appear that even if I set email verification every 2 minutes
New messages are not load except if I click on refresh.
The notification work ok for the mail receveid localy from other user of the office (same domain name).
But it's not automaticaly refreshing when we received email from outside (from other domain name).

I have try it on IE FF and Chrome.

I have also try Feedreader as suggested by a Zimbra user and I'm having the same problem.

The server and client are on the same timezone.

Any clue?

I have tried different notifier tools like zimbra tray and zimbra notifier with the same result...

Any clue?
