Default [SOLVED] S.O.S, Zimbra can't receive mail

hi everyone,

I'm a new zimbra admin and i have some problems with my mail server.

After a 2 months of a perfect work of my server, i got a problems with reception of mail.

I can send mail to internet, but i can't receive.

I check my dns MX record and its okey, everything work properly. i use MX Lookup Tool - Check your DNS MX Records online - MxToolbox to check availibylity of my mail server and its look like its available and work well (everything is ok 100%).

When i send an email from google to my domain its give me :

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

admin@mydomain
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 554 554 5.7.1 <admin@mydomain>: Relay access denied (state 14).

when i check my /var/log/zimbra.log i got :

Feb 24 10:07:13 mail postfix/smtpd[28340]: connect from mail-pz0-f43.google.com[209.85.210.43]
Feb 24 10:07:13 mail postfix/smtpd[28340]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from mail-pz0-f43.google.com[209.85.210.4
3]: 554 5.7.1 <admin@mydomain>: Relay access denied; from=<abdelb10@gmail.com> to=<admin@mydomain> pro
to=ESMTP helo=<mail-pz0-f43.google.com>

Im not an expert, that's why i need your help. please it's an emergency.

thanks a lot.

NB : my server worked well 10 days before, i do an upgrade from zcs 6.0.10 to zcs 7.0 !!! is it the cause ????

I had the same problem with receiving email from outside. Actually another zimbra in local area could send email for my server without rejecting.

I found my zimbraMailStatus is disabled with checking zmprov gd mydomain | grep Status
and turned it on with zmprov -l md mydomain zimbraMailStatus enabled
