Spam to folder SPAM(Junk)???

Prompt how to make, please, so that the letters marked as SPAM, automatically got to a folder "SPAM"(Junk)??? Through the user filters it to make easily, but how to make it for all users by default???

Spam that is above the Kill percentage is removed from the server, spam that is above the Tag percentage is automatically put in the Junk folder by default. If you see something different then you need to give a better description of the problem.

The letter is marked as "SPAM", but to a folder doesn't get... Here a letter example:
