check https://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=16099 and vote for it. Seems it has not been implemented yet.

Why is it 'strange', the whole premise of using Zimbra is to use it with the Web UI, it's strange to me that you'd want people not to use it but I guess that's your choice.

Postfix knows nothing about the Web UI.

Well Bill its a strange because no one have the answer ...anyway i found the alternate solution... hope its useful for many zimbra users.
We can restrict the webmail access for any users in some diff way... just create new COS(Class of service) in which do not allowed Mail futures or etc futures. and apply that COS for users which you are not want give them wemail access.

Default External Web Mail Access - Legal Problem!

Here in Brazil there are some legal issues where labor law may require the company to pay extra salary because an employee may justify overtime work if him proving to be using feramentas working (ex: company email) outside the office. Thus some companies only want to release the access to webmail only on the company network.
