Default Possible to set email retention time less than 30 days?

We have some inactive accounts and we want to forward email to other accounts. Unfortunately auto-reply cannot work unless we keep the email locally. This will fill up these uncleared accounts.

So we attempt to reduce the retention time to 2 days, but Zimbra insist that retention time must be at least 30 days!

Any suggestion to overcome this?

You could delete the account and create a distribution list which will send the email to other accounts

But a distribution list is not able to do an auto-reply, is that right?
