I just finished installing a Godaddy SSL following the instructions at this site
IT Bang Bang: Installing $12.99 GoDaddy SSL Certificate on Zimbra versions 5 and 6
Everything went fine and I did not receive any errors from the admin console.
HTTPS and POP3S are working just fine. SMTP TLS from my Android 2.2 devices fail complaining about the server certificate not being trusted. If I tell it to accept all certificates than it works. I'm not sure where to go, how to check it, or how to fix it.
