Default number of logged in users

Is there a way to find out how many users have successfully logged in ?

I thought there might be a 'last login date' field in the mysql database but I can't see anything like that there ... what about LDAP ?

Hmm , I did a search ... I don't really see what I am looking for ... my scenario is this : we gave about 600 users access with a username and default password ... something went wrong and many users complain that they can't login . We have no way of knowing how many users tried to login and how many failed but we want all of them to get on board zimbra . So we are asked by superiors to determine how many users are using the system ... i.e. have successfully logged in .

Yes, you beat me to it. That's the one but you'll need to do some scripting to get a report from it, if you do anything useful with it would you mind post it in the wiki?

The update frequency of the last login time isn't that great but there's also this information you might want to look at.
