I am working for Veepee Group in Nigeria. We were using Zimbra Mail through Collaboration Suite and the mail system is not working since 10th of February, 2011. On our enquiry the Administrator is saying that the mail system is crashed and we cannot retrieve any data or addresses from the said account.

Will you please help me to get/retrieve the data and address book from my account. My user name is abraham.p@veepeegroup.com which is now temporarily available with gmail group to get all oincoming mails.

If you're using the Outlook connector, you can take the .zdb file and rename it to a pst. Then you can open that file and see everything. .zdb file is in \Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Microsoft\Outlook. If Windows 7, it's under \Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

Not sure why this message is in this thread.

This is the Zimbra Connector for Outlook thread. If you don't have the Zimbra Connector for Outlook, then it's the wrong thread.

You need to give more details about your problem before anyone can give you advice or help.
