Default Power Outage and Damaged DB

About 3-4 weeks ago our Zimbra server shutdown uncleanly.
When I tried starting it back up MySQL, mailbox, and other Zimbra services wouldn't start.
I dug and dug for solutions to fix the issues.
I ended up dumping/rebuilding/repairing the DB and got the server up and running.
Then I noticed logger wasn't updating properly so I ended up repairing the logger DB.
People have complained about strange issues from the unread messages number showing up without any unread messages, no search results when trying to find an email, to the UI mailbox header missing the checkbox/flag/priority/tag fields. I know re-indexing or removing the index and re-indexing can clean most of these up (the UI not looking correct is a strange one).

The problem I'm most worried about right now is the spam mailbox.
I keep getting these errors
Code:
Feb 17 12:59:54 zimbraserver postfix/smtp[611]: A486566401C: to=<spam_account@fqdn.com>, relay=127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]:10024, delay=0.46, delays=0.04/0/0.01/0.41, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 2.0.0 Ok: queued as 0E2EB66401D)
Feb 17 12:59:54 zimbraserver postfix/lmtp[623]: 0E2EB66401D: to=<spam_account@fqdn.com>, relay=zimbraserver.fqdn[ip.add.re.ss]:7025, delay=0.12, delays=0.06/0/0.01/0.05, dsn=5.0.0, status=bounced (host zimbraserver.fqdn[ip.add.re.ss] said: 554 5.0.0 Permanent message delivery failure (in reply to end of DATA command))
So I tried re-indexing the spam account through the admin interface which said it completed without errors.
I also tried viewing the accounts email through the admin interface which just sits on loading.
I checked the MySQL mbox tables which all came back OK.
I then tried telnetting.
Code:
zimbraserver:~# telnet localhost 7025
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.
Escape character is '^]'.

It looks like the spam mailbox is junk?...
Should I just delete the account and then run
Code:
zmprov mcf zimbraSpamIsSpamAccount spam@fqdn.com
Or troubleshoot rebuilding/fixing the account?
If I can get assistance in rebuilding/fixing the account it might help me fix the user accounts that aren't displaying correctly (missing the checkbox, flag, priority, tag fields).

I would suggest that is your best course of action.

How many accounts are having problems? Did you do a filesystem check (or repair?) when you got your server back? Are the problems with the accounts intermittent or are they there all the time? For a test, why don't you export one of the problem accounts then import it into a new account and see if the problems still exist?

As far as the spam account...?
Do I delete the account through the admin interface, create a new spam account through the admin interface, and then run?
Code:
zmprov mcf zimbraSpamIsSpamAccount spam@fqdn.com
Or do I just delete the spam account then run the above?

There are only a handfull of accounts which have UI glitches but I'm sure there are a ton which need the index file(s) deleted and re-indexed but I'm to lazzy to do that.
I have thought about exporting/importing the account data for the UI issues...

You must delete and recreate the account first then run the command above, it doesn't create it automatically from that command.
