Default Twilight theme broken or working as intended in version 7?

I just now upgraded my OSE install from 6.0.10 to version 7.0. The Twilight theme in version 7 seems wrong. The application tabs (mail, addressbook, calendar etc) and the title bar of the mini calendar have the dark red color, but the rest of the skin looks like a cross between Carbon and Smoke (steel gray color vs the black in version 6.0.10).

Is this intended or does it sound like something is wrong with my install? All other themes seem to have the same color scheme as before.

This is of concern because $work uses Twilight as the only theme currently. And although $work is a long ways away from going to 7 I can already hear the panic this major shift in color scheme will create.

There's nothing wrong with your install, I would guess it's intentional.
