Problems after changing host name....

Hallo, this is my first post, so sorry if any mistakes...
now using : Release 6.0.10_GA_2692.UBUNTU8_64 UBUNTU8_64 FOSS edition.

I am using zimbra opensource for a year and a half ... newer had problems with upgrades or any other issues..

Some days ago i have to change hostname and dns name of mail server... i follow the instructions described in : ZmSetServerName - Zimbra :: Wiki

The hostname changes ok, and webmail is working great... but the problems figures out later...
Using command /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmsetservername -n <newhostname>
I don't use --skipusers switch... so for imap or pop authentification user db changed to:
user@virtual.domain1@newhostname
or
user@virtual.domain2@newhostname

Are there any possibility to remove @newhostname from pop and imap authentification? or remove it from user db...?
