Why have you posted this in the Zimbra Desktop forum? What do you mean by 'which services need to disable'? If you're talking about your recent problem then search the forums, full details on how to remove the proxy are there.

run the command

Code:
zmprov gs <your server> | grep zimbraServiceEnabled
it should return like

Code:
zimbraServiceEnabled: mailbox
zimbraServiceEnabled: convertd
zimbraServiceEnabled: stats
zimbraServiceEnabled: snmp
zimbraServiceEnabled: spell
to disable any of hte services, do

Code:
zmprov ms <your server> -zimbraServiceEnabled <service>
then do a zmcontrol restart and it should stop everything and only restart the services you need
